Ben delivered an excellent speech at our company conference in which he perfectly balanced the lessons from his sporting endeavours to our specific business requirements. He researched our company thoroughly so he could talk about some of our specific challenges and relate them back to the audience. It was delivered in a passionate manner that engaged the audience throughout and I have no doubt that the language of “will it make the boat go faster” will live in our organisation for a long period of time and have the desired impact on our people and our business.
