For me, it’s all about spotting and developing the potential of individuals and teams. My buzz comes from seeing them achieve things they never thought they could, and seeing the business perform better as a result. I’ve been doing this for more than 25 years and have worked in multinationals, PLCs, partnerships, private equity backed businesses and public-sector organisations.
I particularly enjoy working with companies that are restructuring, undergoing turnarounds, merging or ‘changing their brand’. Whether working with boards, executive teams, operational managers or emerging leaders – my focus is always on helping them deliver, develop and succeed. I’m a qualified coach and a chartered occupational psychologist.
