Prior to starting my role at Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? in early 2023, I worked primarily in account management within different industries, including media and healthcare. I graduated in 2018 with a BA in English Literature.
Having worked for different companies that weren’t the best fit for me, I interviewed at Will It? and knew immediately that I wanted to work here. I became fascinated with the story behind the company and the commitment Will It? has to inspiring and helping other companies become the very best they can be.
Currently, as a Project Manager I am responsible for being a key day to day client contact, as well as managing client projects and programmes.
What you might not know about Emma
I am an ex-Ballet dancer, having studied it for 16 years. I also taught my own classes from the age of 14 and have several awards from the Royal Academy of Dance.
