My passion for high performance stems from my background in Performance Psychology. Since completing my MSc I have spent the last 14 years supporting individuals, teams and organisations achieve their ‘gold medals’ by applying a holistic approach to performance in a diverse range of industries and sectors. Underpinning my work is a belief in potential – I believe with an exciting, compelling, and clear enough ‘why’ we can all achieve extraordinary things.
I am fascinated by recipes for success and as a Client Director I enjoy working with organisations and teams to better understand their own performance environment and identify pragmatic ways to achieving their Crazy Goals.

I have recently reignited my love of painting. I try and pack my paints when on trips and find it is a great way to switch off, be truly present and appreciate the scenery a bit more.”
