Chris is able to draw on over 20 years of performance and development insight from his work in coaching, facilitation and consulting. He spent 5 years as an elite rower, winning gold at the 2002 Commonwealth Rowing Regatta as well as at 3 consecutive Henley Royal Regattas. Chris spent over 15 years as part of Lane4 (acquired by EY) working at emerging, senior and Exec leadership levels in both public and private sectors. He has led and delivered on award winning projects both in the UK and internationally for some hugely successful brands and organisations. As Director of Consulting for Will It?, Chris leads the wider Delivery function as well as being a member of Will It?’s Leadership Team.

What you might not know about Chris
I share a birthday with our now ‘tweenage’ daughter. Despite me telling her every year that she’ll always be ‘my best ever birthday present’, her view is that it’s actually her who is letting me share it…and that I am very lucky she’s willing to do this!
