I joined Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? in 2019 after graduating and haven’t looked back since! In my time at Will It? I have worked across the sales, marketing, client services and resourcing teams, giving me a holistic view of the business.
Now in my role as Head of Commercial Operations I combine my passion for delivering excellent service to our clients, by heading up the Client Services Team, with my across business knowledge, to optimise our internal processes and operations.
I love being part of the Will It? team and working with such knowledgeable, committed and caring people. I find it really exciting be part of a company’s growth journey and see how all the different parts of the business can pull together to achieve a goal and create something special.
What you might not know about Alice
Alice loves running and swimming and has done the Great North Run twice. Despite being a naturally cold-blooded person, she will take any opportunity to go for an open water swim!
