Ben’s Story Of Marginal Gains

Ben’s success was based on a gradual performance improvement over time; known as ‘marginal gains’. He was not an overnight success, he was a step by step improvement, focussed on all the different aspects of his performance that he and the team could improve by 1% .

Purpose

This modular programme is designed to fit seamlessly into existing team meetings, utilising a great variety of approaches to enhance performance of delegates and managers. Each month evidence of performance improvement is submitted creating greater accountability and momentum in the direction of key team goals.

Our unique content gets entire teams speaking the same gold-medal winning language, inspired to take action immediately. This Programme is ideal for teams short on time as sessions are 60-90 minutes and high impact, designed to be run without external consultants and designed to fit into the everyday rhythm of the business.

  • Leaders receive step-by-step guides on how to run the modules
  • Pre-session films and e-mail templates are provided for employees and leaders
  • Evidence of change and progress is submitted after each module and captured on an online portal
  • The programme runs for 12 months with a monthly league table evidencing progress and performance improvement
  • Coaching for the Leaders is available to help them stay on track
  • Employees use our recommended online platform to communicate and share during the Programme or use your existing internal platform.
