The principles of elite sport and how they successfully transfer to improved business performance
In London, on June 23rd and in Manchester on July 7th, we were delighted to host almost 200 guests at the Thames Rowing Club and Manchester United FC.
The theme for both days was Olympic Winning Strategies for Gold Medal Winning Performance, and how these strategies successfully transfer to improved business performance. Keynote speakers, World Champions, Olympic Medallists, clients, guests and friends gathered to hear how they can make a difference to performance.
During the events, we learnt more about how Mo Farah and Jess Ennis won gold. We heard how an average crew became Olympic Champions and what it takes to win an Olympic medal. We got a sense of what it’s like to apply sporting principles in a war zone — and so much more. A special thanks to our clients for taking the time to speak about the success we have shared and the difference Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? has made to their organisations.
At the heart of our London and Manchester events, were the Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? Performance Principles. It was great to discuss the impact our Performance Principles can make within elite sport, but also how they are working so effectively in business today.
The Will It Make The Boat Go Faster? team would love to share the insights from our inspiring event speakers via our Olympic Insight into Gold Medal Performance Event video.
